Cancellation
You can cancel your ChatRid subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing hello@chatrid.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain full access until then.
Refund eligibility
Monthly subscription fees
If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of a charge. We will refund the unused portion of the billing cycle on a pro-rated basis.
Setup fees
Setup fees cover the time we spend onboarding your account, configuring Meta API access, and submitting initial templates. They are non-refundable once setup work has commenced. If you cancel before any setup work begins, we will refund the setup fee in full.
Annual or custom plans
For Scale or other custom plans paid annually, refund terms are governed by the specific agreement signed with you. Please refer to your contract.
Meta messaging charges
Per-message charges levied by Meta (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Facebook Messenger) are billed by Meta directly and are not refundable by ChatRid. Please contact Meta support for any billing disputes related to those charges.
How to request a refund
Email hello@chatrid.com with:
- Your registered account email
- The transaction ID or invoice number
- A short reason for the refund request
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days, back to the original payment method.
Non-refundable cases
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy
- Charges older than 7 days from the date of refund request
- Discounted or promotional pricing, unless explicitly stated
- Third-party fees (Meta, payment gateway charges, taxes already remitted)
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please reach out to hello@chatrid.com. We'll review your case in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved are governed by our Terms of Service.
